About CentCart
We work with promoters, boards, investors and lending institutions on fundraising, acquisitions, partnerships and transaction execution.
Our next phase brings corporate advisory and secured loan distribution into one operating platform, alongside a proposed shareholding in OrbitalyOS Labs Private Limited. Each business has its own contracts, responsibilities and economics.

Founder
Brajesh Pranami is a banking and financial services professional with over 25 years of experience across banking, lending, financial distribution, fintech, business building, and strategic transactions.
He has held leadership roles across institutions including GE Capital, Standard Chartered Bank, Centurion Bank of Punjab and HDFC Bank, and has subsequently built and scaled financial services businesses across lending, distribution and advisory.
At CentCart Money Services, he leads strategic transactions, M&A and fundraising initiatives, institutional relationships, lending partnerships and business development across banks, NBFCs, fintechs and growth-stage financial services businesses.
Director and Strategic Advisor
Dr. Tarun Agarwal is a seasoned banking and financial services leader with over 30 years of experience across banking, insurance, fintech, governance, and financial inclusion.
He has held senior leadership and board roles across leading institutions including DICGC, RBI ecosystem, FINO Payments Bank, SBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and the National Insurance Academy.
At CentCart Money Services, he guides institutional strategy, governance, banking partnerships, regulatory engagement, and long-term business growth.
